Our house-rules was created to provide all of our guests with the safety information needed and ultimately to make their stay more convenient and satisfied.
* In the registration card the Guest personally enters his/her full name and signs it.
* Rooms in the Hotel are rented by the hotel night. The hotel night lasts from 14:00 till 12:00 the following day.
* During your stay please preserve our environment and be rational in water and electricity use.
* QUIET HOURS
1400H to 1800h and 2100h to 0900h. If you become aware of a disruptive guest, please contact Front Desk staff immediately just dial number 0 in your room telephone. Televisions, voices, or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times. Doors should be opened and closed quietly. No congregating or running in halls.
* NO IN-ROOM PARTY
Maharajah Hotel a No In-Room Party Policy to ensure we can protect the hotel and our guests at all times. No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated on these premises. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) will be given to reduce the noise. If our request is not followed, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel without refund. Registered guest(s) is responsible for all persons visiting. Non-Registered visitors are only permitted until 21:00. If found with more “people” not listed on the Guest Registration Form after 21:00 your stay will be considered a party and you will be ordered to vacate the premises without refund.
* SMOKING POLICY
Philippine Executive Order 26, entitled providing for the Establishment of Smoke-Free Environments in Public and Enclosed Places. The ban applies to rooms, corridors, lounges, guest kitchens and reception areas. The no smoking rule applies to staff and guests alike and was implemented to ensure a pleasant environment for all our guests during their stay at Maharajah Hotel. Our entire hotel offers good outdoor facilities with garden areas, tables and benches so that anyone who wishes to smoke can easily find a place to do so on marked designated areas outside the rooms.
* Business meetings, Training/Seminars
Can be held in common areas of the hotel like conference room, hall, restaurant, and not in inside room. Usage of conference room from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
* Board meals are served in the period of:
Breakfast: 0600h to 0800h
AM snacks: 1000h to 1100h
Lunch: 1200h to 1300h
PM Snacks: 1400h to 1500h
Dinner: 1800h to 2000h
* FREE Wi-Fi ACCESS
Access to our Wi-Fi is free for our guests. Maharajah Hotel assumes no liability for Wi-Fi failure due to maintenance of our internet service provider.
* DAMAGE AND/OR THEFT OF HOTEL PROPERTY
You are liable for any damage howsoever caused (whether by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room (s), hotel’s premises or property caused by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at the hotel during your stay. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel property during your stay, including and without limitation for all property damage, missing or damaged items, smoking fee, cleaning fee, guest compensation, etc. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialist to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
* PARKING AT OWN RISK
All vehicle(s) must be listed on the registration at check-in. Parking for registered guest(s) is free. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. Maharajah Hotel shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the hotel property. No vehicle repairs on hotel premises.
* ROOM KEYS AND REMOTE CONTROL
In case of loss or breakage there will be charged on the room bill. Please return room keys and remote control to Front Desk at Checkout.
* LOST & FOUND POLICY
Maharajah Hotel assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please call us at Landline: (045)625 6976, Globe: 0977 836 4488 and Smart: 0999 884 7438 and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item.
* The Hotel is obligated to ensure the safety of Guest’s stay, including confidentiality of information about the Guest

Cancellation |
3 days before check-in -
First night will be charged
If you wish to cancel your reservation the booking fee is non refundable. The booking fee, first night or price of the accommodation may still be charged depending on the policy of the hotel that you agreed to at the time of making the reservation.
You may also be charged additional fees according to the following schedule:
Cancellation up to 4 weeks before check-in: Non-Refundable Fee.
Cancellation up to 2 Weeks before Check in:The value of 1st Nights Stay.
Cancellation up to 48 Hours before Check in: Full value of the booking.
No Show, without cancellation: Full value of the booking
